Mr. Donald Jenkin
Mr. Donald Jenkini was born New Zealand in 1947. He has a BSc and MSc(Hons) in
chemistry from the University of Auckland. He continued his studies at the
University of California, Berkeley, completing a PhD in Wood Science and
Technology. Upon his return to New Zealand in 1976 he worked as a research
scientist at a government research institute for nine years.
In 1985 he joined Westralian Forest Industries in Perth, Western Australia,
where he held a number of senior management positions in technology and
operations. In 1994 he was appointed CEO of Dyno Industries (WA) Pty Ltd which
was the first of a series of positions and directorships held with the Dyno
(subsequently Dynea) group of companies in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and
China. He also served on a number of industry and technical committees including
as chairman of the ISO subcommittees for particleboard and medium density
fiberboard. During his time in Australia he completed an MBA at Curtin
University in Perth.
At the end of 2011 he retired from Dynea but remained as a director of Dynea
Pakistan Limited. To meet the requirements of directors in Pakistan he undertook
a course at the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance to become a certified
director in April 2013. In addition to his involvement with Dynea Pakistan Ltd.
he does technical adults of panel board plants according to Japanese Industrial
Standards on behalf of the Engineered
Wood Panels Association of Australasia.

Mr. Shabbir Abbas
Mr. Shabbir
Abbas is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Dynea Pakistan Limited in 2009.
Prior to joining Dynea Pakistan Limited he worked for the House of Habib
company, Shabbir Tile & Ceramics Limited, for 15 years where he held various
senior management positions in finance, procurement, marketing, sales and
production. Before joining Shabbir Tile in 1993, he had gained substantial
experience in finance and accounts management at professional firm of Chartered
Accountants, industrial and trading organisations in Pakistan and abroad.

Mr. Ameen Mohammad Bandukda
Mr. Ameen Bandukda has a diverse professional background. He is an
entrepreneur-turned-barrister and is currently running a legal corporate
consultancy and litigation law firm. He is a practicing Barrister/ Advocate of
the High Court. Ameen Bandukda holds an MBA & a BBA (Hons) degree from the
Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA), and started off his career
as a Banker, working for American Express Bank Ltd. He has attended executive
education programs at the ‘Harvard Business School’, USA, and at the ‘London
Business School’, UK. From 1992 to 2007 Ameen was the CEO of his family owned
textile and denim manufacturing business. In 2008 he opted for a career change
and qualified as a ‘Barrister-at-Law’, at Lincoln’s Inn, UK. He is an Associate
of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK and is on the Alternate Dispute
Resolution Committee of the Federal Board of Revenue, Pakistan. In this capacity
he has been called upon to serve as an Adjudicator in several commercial and tax
related disputes. Ameen Bandukda has been the Chairman of the SITE Association
of Industry, Karachi and he was also the Chairman of the Young Presidents
Organization, Pakistan Chapter - a Global Organization of Young Leaders with
over 15,000 members in 124 countries. He is also serving in Pakistan as the
Honorary Consul General of the Republic of El-Salvador, Central America and is
active in promoting trade and tourism from Pakistan to El-Salvador. Ameen
Bandukda has also remained the Chairman of National Insurance Company Limited,
the largest public sector general insurance company in Pakistan.

Mr.
Adnan Afridi is at present Managing Director – National Investment Trust
Limited.
Mr.
Afridi has 24 years’ international experience in Change Management, business
transformation, innovation and profitability enhancement in blue chip companies,
public sector and start-up situations. He has led a distinguished career in
financial services and capital markets including serving as Managing Director of
the Karachi Stock Exchange, CEO, Overseas Chamber of Commerce and Industry
(OICCI), Chairman of National Clearing Corporation of Pakistan (NCCPL) and Board
of Directors of Central Depository Company (CDC). Mr. Afridi has also served on
multiple listed company boards including Silk Bank Limited and Gul Ahmed Textile
Mills Limited. Currently, Mr. Afridi is a Member of the SECP Policy Board. Mr.
Afridi has a degree in Economics (A.B, Magna Cum Laude, 1992) from Harvard

Harvard Law School. Mr. Afridi is an active supporter of charitable
organizations. He has served as the President of the Old Grammarians Society &

Ms. Anam Fatima Khan
Ms. Khan has a
Master of Laws LL.M. degree from the University of Pennsylvania, U.S.A and a
Business Law Certificate from Wharton Business School. She also has a Bachelor
of Laws LLB degree from the University of Nottingham, U.K.
Since 2013 Ms.
Khan has headed the Legal Department at Indus Motor Company Limited, one of the
largest public listed companies in the country. She served as the Company
Secretary for four years, and Board Ethics Committee Secretary for two years.
In 2019 Ms. Khan was also appointed as the Head of Corporate Legal affairs for
the House of Habib group of Companies.
Ms. Khan is an

Council and the Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OICCI)
legal committees, as well as the OICCI Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
Subcommittee, which reviews and advises on local IP policy and legislation. She
has completed the Corporate Governance Leadership Skills (CGLS) training through
the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance, and is also certified by the
International Finance Corporation (IFC) to conduct train directors of listed
companies in issues pertaining to corporate governance.
